双导梁架桥机安装极小半径曲线窄桥预制梁技术研究

摘　　要：山区高速公路匝道桥、联络线桥或地方低等级公路桥通常平曲线半径小、桥面窄,当上部构造采用预制装配式设计、平曲线半径在300m及以下时,采用双导梁架桥机安装预制梁存在架桥机过孔时前支腿落入桥外、后方喂梁空间受限等难题。在传统双导梁架桥机结构原理基础上,设计新型前支腿结构,改造加宽中支腿、后支腿托轮槽,增强了架桥机作业形态自行调整能力,并开展了典型工况数值模拟分析,开发梁板安装关键工艺。通过设计改造架桥机结构,集成解决了双导梁架桥机在极小半径曲线、窄桥安装梁板作业时架桥机过孔需偏转、喂梁空间不足、横移范围受限3项关键问题,成功应用于预制梁安装施工。The flat curve radius of mountain highway ramp bridge,contact line bridge or local low⁃grade highway bridge is usually small,whose bridge deck is narrow,when the upper structure adopts prefabricated design,flat curve radius of 300m or less,the bridge⁃erection crane with double guide beam is used to install prefabricated beams,there are the problems such as the front leg of the bridge falling into the outside of the bridge when the bridge⁃erection crane passes through the hole,the rear beam feeding space is limited.On the basis of the structural principle of the traditional bridge⁃erection crane with double guide beam,the new front leg structure is designed,the middle leg and rear leg support wheel groove are reformed and widened,the self⁃adjustment ability of the bridge⁃erection crane is enhanced,and the numerical simulation analysis of typical working conditions is carried out,and the key technology of beam plate installation is developed.By designing and reforming the structure of the bridge⁃erection crane,the three key problems are solved,that is,the bridge⁃erection crane in the small radius curve and narrow bridge installation of beam plate needs to be deflected through the hole of the bridge,the beam feeding space is insufficient,and the transverse movement range is limited,and it is successfully applied to the installation and construction of prefabricated beams.
