摘　　要：以阜溧高速公路横泾河特大桥预制立柱一体化安装施工实例为依托,从预制立柱吊装过程中使用的翻转装置和精度控制装置研制,套筒连接接头可靠性研究和安装过程的动态监测及新型套筒灌浆材料研发等方面,开展了预制立柱安装关键技术研究,通过相关技术的研究进一步优化、完善了预制立柱一体化安装工艺,提高了预制立柱一体化安装工艺安装质量,实现了安全高效施工。Based on the integrated installation and construction example of prefabricated column in Hengjing River Bridge of Funing⁃Liyang Expressway,the key technologies of prefabricated column installation are studied from the aspects of the development of the turning device and precision control device used in the hoisting process of prefabricated column,the reliability study of sleeve joint and the dynamic monitoring of the installation process,as well as the research and development of new sleeve grouting materials.Through the research of related technologies,the integrated installation process of prefabricated column is further optimized and improved,which improves the installation quality of the integrated installation process of prefabricated columns and realizes safe and efficient construction.
