摘  要:为直接跨越并行的现有市政高架桥结构及地面跨河桥,且既有构筑物结构均不允许承受施工荷载(即施工支架结构),因此利用桥梁结构特点,针对性地设计“顶推+滑移”施工方式。考虑顶推导梁结构的安装空间及新建桥梁的超大悬臂设计,整体顶推结构在顶推作业过程中悬臂长度与桥长比达到096,施工安全风险较大。通过优化拼装及顶推纵坡轨迹线,尽可能减小顶推水平分力,降低顶推过程风险。In order to directly cross parallel existing municipal elevated bridge structures and ground river crossing bridges,and the existing structures are not allowed to bear construction loads(construction support structures),a targeted“incremental launching+sliding”construction method is designed based on the characteristics of the bridge structure.Considering the installation space of the incremental launching guiding beam structure and the design of the super⁃large cantilever for new bridges,the ratio of cantilever length to bridge length of the whole incremental launching structure reaches 096 during the incremental launching operation,which poses significant construction safety risks.By optimizing the assembly and incremental launching longitudinal slope trajectory line,the horizontal force of the incremental launching construction is minimized as much as possible to reduce the risk of the incremental launching process.
