摘 要:云南省昭通市镇雄县南部新区三孔景观桥为主跨115m现浇上承式空腹箱形拱桥,跨越沟谷,桥面距沟底约60m。传统支架法受搭设高度较高、谷底有排水要求及需耗费的脚手架和人力较多、安全风险过高等因素影响而不适用。针对桥面距沟底较高且沟底有排水要求情况下的现浇拱桥架体形式展开研究,通过方案比选确定选用悬拼可调式拱架施工方法,并从拱架结构、临时拱座及平移系统设计、临时扣挂系统设计、横向缆风索布置、拱架悬拼施工等方面总结形成新的现浇拱桥悬拼可调式拱架施工技术。该技术省去了传统支架法的地基处理及导流和悬拼贝雷梁法的二次调型工序,大幅度减少了支架和人力投入。The three⁃arch landscape bridge in the southern new district of Zhenxiong County,Zhaotong City,Yunnan Province is a cast⁃in⁃place and open⁃web box arch bridge with a main span of 115m.It spans a valley and the bridge deck is about 60m high from the bottom of the valley.The traditional scaffolding method is not suitable due to the factors such as high installation height,drainage requirements at the bottom of the valley,high cost of scaffolding and manpower,and high safety risks.A study is conducted on the form of cast⁃in⁃place arch bridge frame when the bridge deck is relatively high from the bottom of the ditch and there are drainage requirements at the bottom of the ditch.Through scheme comparison,the construction of cantilever⁃assembly and adjustable arch frame is determined.A new construction technology for cast⁃in⁃place arch bridge with cantilever⁃assembly and adjustable arch frame is summarized from the aspects of arch frame structure,temporary arch seat and translation system design,temporary hanging system design,arrangement of transverse cables and wind ropes,and cantilever⁃assembly construction of arch frame.This technology eliminates the foundation treatment by traditional support method and the secondary adjustment process by the diversion and suspension Bailey beam method,which greatly reduces the support and manpower input.
