摘  要:在桥梁钻孔灌注桩施工过程中,由于钻孔灌注桩桩身泥皮和沉渣的存在会导致桩侧摩阻力和桩基承载力降低,成桩质量难以保证。为提高桩基持力层强度及桩侧摩阻力,降低施工成本,提出一种桩端+桩侧分布式后压浆施工技术。根据分布式压浆特点和原理,对其进行参数设计,详细阐述其施工工艺,形成一套智能化压浆系统,并进行现场试桩自平衡试验。结果表明:采用分布式后压浆施工技术可使原本松散的沉渣、碎石、土粒和裂隙胶结成高强度结合体,提高桩端承载力;同时,浆液沿着桩身和土层结合层上返,消除了泥皮,进而提高桩侧摩阻力,也起到加大桩径作用;实例应用中该施工技术优化设计桩长共计1080延米,产生经济效益约1080万元,证明了其可行性及推广应用价值。During construction of drilled shaft piles for bridges,the presence of mud skin and sediment in the pile body can reduce the side friction resistance and bearing capacity of the pile foundation,which becomes difficult to guarantee the quality of the pile formation.To enhance the strength of the pile foundation’s bearing stratum and the side friction resistance,while also reducing the construction costs,a distributed post⁃grouting construction technique of the pile end and pile side is proposed.Based on the characteristics and principles of distributed grouting,its parameters are designed,and its construction process is elaborated,an intelligent grouting system is formed,which is then subjected to a field test⁃pile self⁃balancing test.The results show that the distributed post⁃grouting construction technique can consolidate the originally loose sediment,gravel,soil particles and fissures into a high⁃strength composite,thereby improving the pile end bearing capacity.Simultaneously,the grout flows along the interface between the pile body and the soil layer,it can eliminate the mud skin and consequently increase the side friction resistance,which also has the effect of increasing the pile diameter.In the case application,this construction technique optimizes the design pile length by a total of 1080 running meters,and generates economic benefits of approximately 108 million Chinese Yuan,which demonstrates its feasibility and value for promotion and application.
