摘 要:以苏州轨道交通6号线某区间隧道穿越运营地铁车站工程为例,基于工程重难点分析,从盾构选型、地基预加固处理等方面对施工技术方案进行了细化。并对盾构连续切削穿越运营地铁车站钢筋混凝土桩墙施工过程中的盾构设备风险、结构响应风险及环境扰动风险进行了识别与分析,从监测反馈控制及掘进参数控制等方面提出了具有针对性的风险管控措施。工程实施效果表明,通过控制盾构以“慢推速、中转速”进行切削穿越施工,采用“撕裂刀+滚刀”的混合刀具配置方案连续切削穿越运营地铁车站多道钢筋混凝土桩墙可行。Taking the tunneling construction project through an operational subway station on Suzhou Subway Line 6 as a case study,this paper conducted a detailed analysis of the engineering challenges.The refinement of the construction technology scheme was approached from the aspects such as shield type selection and foundation pre⁃reinforcement treatment.Furthermore,the risks associated with shield equipment,structural response,and environmental disturbance during the continuous cutting through reinforced concrete piles and diaphragm walls were identified and analyzed.Targeted risk control measures were proposed,focusing on monitoring feedback control and excavation parameter control.The results of the project implementation show that with low driving speed and intermediate rotation speed,the shield machine equipped with a hybrid cutter configuration of tearing cutters and rolling cutters is feasible for continuous cutting through multiple reinforced concrete piles and diaphragm walls at an operational subway station.
