摘 要:随着城市建设不断发展,中心城区地铁线路越发密集,地铁沿线工程活动逐渐增多。对于黄土地区既有地铁隧道上方小净距开挖卸荷的基坑工程,常规隧道变形控制方法存在施工周期长、安全储备小、传力路径不明确等缺点,且新建结构位于湿陷性黄土地层必须进行地基处理。基于此提出一种管幕-隔离桩组合结构,该结构通过将管幕两端和跨中与隔离桩连接,将基坑卸载回弹力传递至隔离桩,使组合结构整体共同约束坑底以下土体回弹变形,进而控制下方既有隧道变形。将该结构应用在西安咸阳国际机场T5航站楼南陆侧地道上跨地铁14号线工程中,对管幕-隔离桩组合结构的总体施工方案、节点连接、施工步骤等关键技术进行深入研究,并对隧道监测结果进行分析,验证该结构对地铁隧道变形的控制效果。With the continuous development of urban construction,the subway lines in the central city are becoming more and more dense,and the engineering activities along the subway are gradually increasing.For foundation excavation engineering with small clear distance above existing subway tunnels in loess area,conventional tunnel deformation control methods have the disadvantages such as long construction period,small safety reserve and unclear force transfer path,and new structures located in collapsible loess strata must be treated with foundation.Based on this,a combined structure of tube curtain⁃isolation pile is proposed.By connecting the two ends of the pipe curtain and the middle of the span with the isolation pile,the unloading resilience of the foundation excavation is transmitted to the isolation pile,so that the combined structure as a whole restrains the rebound deformation of the soil below the bottom of the pit,and then controls the deformation of the existing tunnel below.This structure is applied in the project of overcrossing subway line 14 in the southern side tunnel of Terminal T5 of Xi’an Xianyang International Airport.The overall construction scheme,node connection,construction steps and other key technologies of the combined structure of tube curtain⁃isolation pile are deeply studied,and the tunnel monitoring results are analyzed to verify the control effect of this structure on the deformation of subway tunnel.
