摘  要:为解决全断面硬岩掘进机(TBM)在长距离硬岩隧洞应用受限难题,研究设计一种微型TBM。首先,结合十堰市中心城区水资源配置工程马百支线隧洞工程的地质条件和特点,对微型TBM进行选型,提出微型TBM应用于马百支线隧洞工程时需考虑和解决的关键问题,如刀盘破岩能力、空间布置等,以提高微型TBM的适应性及成洞效率;其次,对微型TBM布置、高效破岩等针对性设计和优化改进措施进行研究,包括新型刀座、倒梯形式新型撑靴、紧凑型台车、可伸缩结构皮带机、无冷水箱变频供水与冷却系统等;最后,微型TBM在马百支线隧洞工程的首次成功应用证明,微型TBM具有良好的地质适应性和高效的机械化施工优势。In order to solve the problem of limited application of full section hard rock tunnel boring machine(TBM)in long⁃distance hard rock tunnel,a micro TBM is studied and designed.Firstly,based on the geological conditions and characteristics of Majiahe Reservoir⁃Baierhe Reservoir Branch Line Tunnel project in the central urban area of Shiyan,the selection of micro TBM is carried out,and key issues that need to be considered and solved when applying micro TBM to Majiahe Reservoir⁃Baierhe Reservoir Branch Line Tunnel project are proposed,such as the rock breaking ability of the cutterhead and spatial layout,in order to improve the adaptability and tunneling efficiency of micro TBM;Secondly,targeted design and improvement measures for micro TBM layout,efficient rock breaking and so on will be studied,including new blade seats,new support shoes in the form of inverted ladders,compact trolleys,expandable belt conveyors,variable frequency water supply and cooling systems without cold water tanks and so on;Finally,the first practical application of micro TBM in Majiahe Reservoir⁃Baierhe Reservoir Branch Line Tunnel project proves that micro TBM has good geological adaptability and efficient mechanized construction advantages.
