摘 要:为确保超期存放预制小箱梁在服役期间满足安全性和适用性要求,准确评估超存梁期预制箱梁的承载力至关重要。为满足对超期存放预制箱梁承载力可靠度评估的需求,提出了一种基于静载试验超期存放预制箱梁承载力可靠度评估流程。统计分析了超期存放预制箱梁结构的上拱变形值,对于上拱变形小于规定值的超期存放预制箱梁,提出采用试验校验系数和残余系数综合评估其承载力可靠度。结果显示,试验梁的效验系数和残余系数均低于规范限值。试验梁在最大加载值下接近弹性工作状态,刚度和承载力能满足设计要求。Accurately assessing the bearing capacity of overtime storage precast box girders is crucial to ensure their safety and applicability during service.This paper proposes a process for evaluating the reliability of the bearing capacity of such box girders through static loading tests to meet the requirement for reliable assessment.The deformation upwards of the girders is statistically analyzed,and the relationship between the storage time and deformation upwards is investigated.For the overtime storage precast box girder with a deformation upwards value below the specified threshold,a comprehensive evaluation of their bearing capacity reliability is proposed using calibration coefficients and residual coefficients.The results show that both the efficacy coefficients and residual coefficients of the test girder are below the specified limit.The test girder operates near an elastic working state under the maximum loading and satisfies the design requirements in terms of stiffness and bearing capacity.
