血清脂肪细胞因子WISP1、PLIN1、PLIN5及脂联素水平与急性冠脉综合征严重程度的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨血清脂肪细胞因子WNT1诱导信号通路蛋白1(WNT1 inducible signaling pathway protein 1,WISP1)、脂滴包被蛋白1(perilipin 1,PLIN1)、脂滴包被蛋白5(perilipin 5,PLIN5)及脂联素(adiponectin,ADP)水平与急性冠脉综合征(acute coronary syndrome,ACS)严重程度的关系。方法回顾性选取2019年5月—2021年7月胜利油田中心医院收治的84例ACS患者的临床资料,根据Gensini评分四分位数将ACS患者分为4组,即Q1组(22例,Gensini评分≤25.50分)、Q2组(20例,25.50分<Gensini评分≤37.80分)、Q3组(21例,37.80分<Gensini评分≤57.00分)和Q4组(21例,Gensini评分>57.00分)。比较各组间血清WISP1、PLIN1、PLIN5和ADP水平,以Pearson相关性分析血清WISP1、PLIN1、PLIN5和ADP水平与ACS患者Gensini评分的相关性。结果ACS患者Gensini评分与血清WISP1、PLIN1水平呈正相关(r=0.283、0.330,P均<0.05),与血清PLIN5、ADP水平呈负相关(r=-0.300、-0.349,P均<0.05)。结论ACS患者血清WISP1、PLIN1水平均较高,血清PLIN5、ADP水平均较低,且四者与患者冠状动脉病变严重程度关系密切。Objective To investigate the relationship between serum adipocytokine WNT1 inducible signaling path-way protein 1(WISP1),perilipin 1(PLIN1),perilipin 5(PLIN5)and adiponectin(ADP)levels and the severity of acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods Clinical data of eighty-four patients with ACS admitted to Shengli Oil Field Cen-tral Hospital from May 2019 to July 2021 were retrospectively selected,and the patients with ACS were divided into four groups according to the Gensini score quartile,namely group Q1(n=22,Gensini score≤25.50),group Q2(n=20,25.50<Gensini score≤37.80),group Q3(n=21,37.80<Gensini score≤57.00),and Q4 group(n=21,Gensini score>57.00).Serum WISP1,PLIN1,PLIN5 and ADP levels were compared among all groups,and Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation between serum WISP1,PLIN1,PLIN5 and ADP levels and Gensini scores of ACS pa-tients.Results Gensini scores in ACS patients were positively correlated with serum WISP1 and PLIN1 levels(r=0.283,0.330,both P<0.05),and negatively correlated with serum PLIN5 and ADP levels(r=-0.300,-0.349,both P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of serum WISP1 and PLIN1 in ACS patients were higher,and the levels of serum PLIN5 and ADP were lower,which were closely related to the severity of coronary artery lesions in patients.
