摘　　要：目的研究接受经皮冠状动脉介入(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)治疗的冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)患者实施增强型体外反搏(enhanced external counterpulsation,EECP)后的心功能、生活质量的变化情况。方法非随机选取2023年1—12月安顺市人民医院收治的120例冠心病PCI术后患者为研究对象,按照治疗方式不同分组,各60例。对照组进行基础治疗,观察组联合EECP治疗。对比两组心功能指标、生活质量评分。结果治疗后,观察组左室射血分数(46.71±3.36)%高于对照组(43.40±4.14)%,左室舒张末期内径(50.12±3.30)mm,左室收缩末期内径(49.12±4.05)mm低于对照组(53.35±4.17)mm、(51.39±3.50)mm,差异有统计学意义(t=4.809、4.705、3.285,P均<0.05)。观察组生活质量评分较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论EECP可以有效增强冠心病PCI术后患者的心功能,提高生活质量。Objective Enhanced external counterpulsation(EECP)was performed in patients with coronary atheroscle-rotic heart disease(coronary heart disease)who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)to study the changes of postoperative cardiac function and quality of life.Methods From January to December 2023,120 patients with coronary heart disease after PCI admitted to Anshun People's Hospital were non-randomly selected as the re-search objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into groups,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with basic treatment,the observation group was treated with EECP.The cardiac function in-dexes and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction(46.71±3.36)%of the observation group was higher than(43.40±4.14)%of the control group,and the left ven-tricular end-diastolic diameter(50.12±3.30)mm,left ventricular end-systolic diameter(49.12±4.05)mm were lower than(53.35±4.17)mm,(51.39±3.50)mm of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=4.809,4.705,3.285,all P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion EECP can effectively enhance the cardiac function and improve the quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.
