桂枝芍药知母汤加减治疗痛风性关节炎的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的评价桂枝芍药知母汤加减治疗痛风性关节炎的疗效和安全性。方法根据治疗方法的不同将2019年11月—2022年12月新泰市中医医院收治的76例痛风性关节炎患者分为两组,对照组(38例,依托考昔片)和研究组(38例,加用桂枝芍药知母汤加减),评价两组的关节疼痛、肿胀以及活动度变化情况、临床指标、中医证候积分以及不良反应。结果治疗前,两组的关节疼痛、肿胀以及活动度变化情况、中医证候积分相比,差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);治疗后,研究组更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为2.63%(1/38),低于对照组的5.26%(2/38),差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.000,P>0.05)。结论依托考昔片联合桂枝芍药知母汤加减治疗痛风性关节炎可以改善患者的关节疼痛和肿胀程度,临床指标以及中医证候更佳,不会增加不良反应。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of chicory alone versus chicory frangipani in the treatment of gouty arthritis.Methods According to different treatment methods,76 patients with gouty arthritis admitted to Xintai Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from November 2019 to December 2022 were divided into two groups:a control group(38 cases,relying on Kaoxi tablets)and a study group(38 cases,supplemented with Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu De⁃coction modified).The joint pain,swelling,changes in range of motion,clinical indicators,TCM syndrome scores,and adverse reactions of the two groups were evaluated.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant dif⁃ference in joint pain,swelling,changes in range of motion,and TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the study group had lower levels,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 2.63%(1/38),lower than the control group′s 5.26%(2/38),there was no statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=0.000,P>0.05).Conclusion Relying on the combination of Kaoxi tablets and modified Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu decoction to treat gouty arthritis can improve the degree of joint pain and swelling in patients,with better clinical indicators and traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,without increasing adverse reactions.
