成分输血治疗慢性贫血患者不良反应、血液学指标及效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析成分输血治疗慢性贫血患者的不良反应、血液学指标及效果。方法非随机选取2023年1—12月山东颐养健康集团新汶中心医院收治的108例慢性贫血患者为研究对象,根据输血方式分为两组,各54例。观察组患者应用成分输血治疗,对照组患者采取常规输血治疗。对比两组临床疗效、血液学指标、输血情况、不良反应。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率为92.59%(50/54),高于对照组的74.07%(40/54),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.667,P<0.05)。治疗后,与对照组进行比较,观察组患者输血间隔时间较长,平均输血量较少,且血液学指标参数较优,不良反应发生率较低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在慢性贫血患者治疗期间采取成分输血疗法具有理想效果,在提高患者血红蛋白水平的同时减轻机体炎症因子水平,对于减少平均输血量具有显著效果,用药安全性较高。Objective To analyze the adverse reactions,hematological indicators and effects of component transfusion in the treatment of patients with chronic anemia.Methods A total of 108 patients with chronic anemia admitted to Shandong Yiyang Health Group Xinwen Central Hospital from January to December 2023 were non-randomly selected as the research objects.According to blood transfusion methods,they were divided into two groups,54 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine blood transfusion,and the patients in the observation group were treated with component blood transfusion.The clinical efficacy,hematological indicators,blood transfu-sion,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treat-ment in the observation group was 92.59%(50/54),which was higher than 74.07%(40/54)in the control group,the dif-ference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.667,P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the blood transfusion interval of the observation group was longer,the average blood transfusion volume was less,and the hema-tological parameters were better,the incidence of adverse reactions was lower,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Component blood transfusion therapy has an ideal effect during the treatment of patients with chronic anemia,which can improve the hemoglobin level of patients and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.It has a significant effect on reducing the average blood transfusion volume,and has high drug safety.
