布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病的疗效及对炎症因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探究布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂在治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)中的临床疗效,以及该药物对炎症因子水平的影响。方法非随机选取2021年1月—2023年10月江南大学附属医院接受治疗的82例老年COPD患者为研究对象。根据不同的治疗方案,将患者分为两组,每组41例。对照组接受常规治疗,而观察组则在此基础上增加布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗。通过比较两组患者的临床疗效和炎症因子水平,评估治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后临床疗效为97.56%(40/41),高于对照组的80.49%(33/41),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.493,P<0.05)。观察组治疗后白三烯B_(4)、白细胞介素8、超敏C反应蛋白以及肿瘤坏死因子α水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中的应用,能够显著提高临床疗效并有效缓解炎症。Objective Exploring the clinical efficacy of budesonide fumoterol powder inhaler in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in the elderly,as well as its impact on inflammatory cytokine levels.Methods A total of eighty-two elderly patients with COPD who were treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangnan Uni-versity from January 2021 to October 2023 were randomly selected as the study subjects.According to different treat-ment regimens,the patients were divided into two groups,forty-one cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,while the observation group was treated with budesonide formoterol powder inhalation on this basis.By comparing the clinical efficacy and inflammatory factor levels of the two groups of patients,the therapeutic effect was evaluated.Results The observation group demonstrated a clinical efficacy of 97.56%(40/41),which was signifi-cantly higher than the 80.49%(33/41)observed in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=4.493,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of leukotriene B_(4),interleukin 8,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and tu-mor necrosis factor-αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of budesonide formoterol powder inhalation in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and effectively re-lieve inflammation.
