低流量七氟醚用于妇科腹腔镜手术麻醉的临床有效性及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨低流量七氟醚在妇科腹腔镜手术麻醉中的临床效果。方法非随机选取2022年3月—2023年11月咸宁第一人民医院收治的88例进行腹腔镜手术的子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,按麻醉方法不同分为对照组与研究组,每组44例,分别采用常规麻醉与使用低流量七氟醚,观察分析两组临床疗效。结果研究组手术相关指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组患者术后2、4、6 h的疼痛评分为(7.73±0.70)分、(6.45±0.57)分和(3.61±0.43)分,均低于对照组的(8.84±0.87)分、(7.05±0.63)分和(4.34±0.52)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.266、7.892、5.171,P均<0.05)。研究组在气管插管后、维持麻醉2 h以及麻醉苏醒时的各项血流动力学指标均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论使用低流量七氟醚不仅可有效帮助改善临床手术相关指标与保持血流动力学稳定,同时在减轻术后疼痛方面发挥着显著作用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of low flow sevoflurane for anesthesia in gynecological laparo-scopic surgery.Methods Eighty-eight gynecological patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery in Xianning First People's Hospital from March 2022 to November 2023 were non-randomly selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to the different anesthesia methods.The control group(n=44)received routine anes-thesia,while the study group(n=44)received low flow sevoflurane anesthesia.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients were observed and analyzed.Results The surgery-related indicators in the study group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The pain scores at 2,4 and 6 h af-ter study group were 7.73±0.70,6.45±0.57 and 3.61±0.43,all lower than 8.84±0.87,7.05±0.63 and 4.34±0.52 of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=4.266,7.892,5.171 all P<0.05).The hemodynamic in-dexes of the study group after endotracheal intubation,2 h after maintaining anesthesia and when awakening from anes-thesia were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclu-sion Low flow sevoflurane not only effectively helps to improve clinical surgical indicators and maintain hemodynamic stability,but also plays an important role in reducing postoperative pain.
