摘　　要：目的探讨酒石酸美托洛尔治疗高血压心脏病的临床价值。方法非随机选取2023年2月—2024年8月贵州医科大学第三附属医院收治的60例高血压心脏病患者为研究对象,按照治疗方式不同分为两组,每组30例。一般组采用基础西医治疗,观察组在一般组基础上应用酒石酸美托洛尔,比较两组的治疗效果、血压水平及心功能。结果观察组的总有效率为96.67%(29/30),高于一般组的73.33%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05)。观察组血压和心功能水平均优于一般组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论酒石酸美托洛尔对合并有高血压性心脏病患者的心脏功能有一定的影响,可提高治疗效果,降低血压水平。Objective To investigate the clinical value of metoprolol tartrate in the treatment of hypertensive heart dis-ease.Methods A total of sixty patients with hypertensive heart disease admitted to The Third Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from February 2023 to August 2024 were non-randomly selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with thirty cases in each group.The general group was treated with basic western medicine,the observation group was treated with metoprolol tartrate on the basis of the general group,and the treatment effect,blood pressure level and cardiac function of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than 73.33%(22/30)of the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05).The blood pressure and cardiac function of the observation group were better than those of the general group,and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol tartrate has a certain effect on the cardiac function of patients with hyper-tensive heart disease,and can improve the therapeutic effect and reduce blood pressure.
