成人腹股沟疝治疗中腹腔镜与开放式无张力疝修补术的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析成人腹股沟疝应用腹腔镜与开放式无张力疝修补术的效果对比。方法目的选取核工业二O八大队(包头博华医院)于2020年1月—2023年12月收治的70例腹股沟疝患者为研究对象,根据治疗方式不同分为两组,各35例。对照组选择开放式无张力疝修补术,研究组选择腹腔镜疝修补术。对比两组手术指标及术后恢复指标、并发症、疼痛程度。结果研究组手术指标及术后恢复指标均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组术后并发症发生率为2.86%(1/35),低于对照组的22.86%(8/35),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.590,P=0.032)。术后1、2、3 d,研究组的视觉模拟评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论成人腹股沟疝手术治疗方案选用腹腔镜疝修补术整体效果好于开放式无张力疝修补术,手术及术后恢复指标好,并发症少,疼痛程度低,是更为理想的手术方案。Objective To analyze the effect of laparoscopic and open tension-free hernia repair in adult inguinal her-nia..Methods Objective To select seventy cases of inguinal hernia patients admitted to Nuclear Industry 208 Brigade(Baotou Bohua Hospital)from January 2020 to December 2023 as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,thirty-five cases in each group.The control group chose open tension-free hernia repair,and the study group chose laparoscopic hernia repair.The surgical indexes,postoperative recovery indexes,complications and pain degree were compared between the two groups.Results The surgical indexes and postoperative recovery indexes of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 2.86%(1/35),which was lower than 22.86%(8/35)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.590,P=0.032).At 1 d,2 d and 3 d after operation,the visual analogue score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The overall effect of laparo-scopic hernia repair in adult inguinal hernia surgery is better than that of open tension-free hernia repair.The opera-tion and postoperative recovery indicators are good,the complications are few,and the pain level is low.It is a more ideal surgical plan.
