摘 要:目的探析葡萄糖酸锌+山莨菪碱治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的效果。方法非随机选取2022年1月—2023年5月就诊于商河县人民医院的轮状病毒性肠炎患儿为研究对象(120例),按治疗方案差异分组,各60例。对照组用常规止泻、抗病毒和补液疗法,观察组行基础疗法+葡萄糖酸锌+山莨菪碱。比较两组疗效、病毒转阴率、康复指标、心肌酶谱。结果观察组总有效率为96.67%(58/60),高于对照组的83.33%(50/60),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.926,P<0.05)。观察组康复指标于对照组,心肌酶谱水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论葡萄糖酸锌+山莨菪碱辅助轮状病毒性肠炎腹泻治疗起效快,安全性佳,可有效改善症状,加速病毒结果转阴,缩短病程,优化患儿心肌酶谱相关指标。Objective To explore the efficacy of zinc gluconate+anisodamine as an adjuvant therapy for pediatric rota-virus enteritis.Methods A total of 120 children with rotavirus enteritis admitted to Shanghe County People's Hospital from January 2022 to May 2023 were non-randomly selected as the research objects.They were grouped according to treatment differences,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional antidiarrheal,antiviral and fluid therapy,and the observation group was treated with basic therapy+zinc gluconate+anisodamine.The cura-tive effect,virus negative conversion rate,rehabilitation index,myocardial enzyme spectrum were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%(58/60),which was higher than 83.33%(50/60)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.926,P<0.05).The rehabilitation index of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the level of myocardial enzyme spectrum was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Zinc gluconate combined with anisodamine is effective and safe in the treatment of rotavirus enteritis and diarrhea,which can effectively improve symptoms,accelerate the conversion of virus results to negative,shorten the course of disease,and optimize the related indexes of myocardial enzymes in children.
