复方丹参注射液下鼻甲封闭治疗鼻炎的临床有效性研究分析

摘　　要：目的评估鼻炎患者采用复方丹参注射液下鼻甲封闭治疗的有效性。方法回顾性选取长清区中医医院2021年1月—2023年12月收治的100例鼻炎患者的临床资料,根据治疗方式不同分为两组,参照组(50例)采用鼻渊通窍颗粒治疗,研究组(50例)采用复方丹参注射液下鼻甲封闭治疗,比较两组的治疗有效率及中医症状积分。结果研究组的有效率为94.00%(47/50),高于参照组的78.00%(39/50),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.315,P<0.05)。研究组的各项中医症状评分均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论鼻炎患者采用复方丹参注射液下鼻甲封闭治疗的效果显著,可以提高治疗有效率,改善症状。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection for inferior turbinate closure in patients with rhinitis.Methods The clinical data of 100 rhinitis patients admitted to Changqing District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2023 were retrospectively selected,and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The reference group(50 cases)was treated with Biyuan Tongqiao granules,and the study group(50 cases)was treated with inferior turbinate blocking by compound Danshen injection.The therapeutic effectiveness and TCM symptom score of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the study group was 94.00%(47/50),which was higher than 78.00%(39/50)of the reference group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.315,P<0.05).The scores of TCM symptoms in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection on inferior turbinate closure in patients with rhinitis is remarkable,which can improve the treatment efficiency and improve the symptoms.
