通窍聪耳方合并耳针治疗神经性耳鸣的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨对神经性耳鸣患者采用通窍聪耳方+耳针完成治疗后获得的临床效果。方法回顾性选取2022年2月—2023年4月泰安市中医医院耳鼻喉科收治的100例神经性耳鸣患者的临床资料。分组依据为治疗方法不同,参照组(50例)选择耳针方法完成疾病治疗,研究组(50例)在参照组基础上合并通窍聪耳方完成疾病治疗。对比两组的耳鸣治疗结果。结果与参照组84.00%(42/50)展开比较,研究组神经性耳鸣患者疗效98.00%(49/50)较高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.396,P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,与参照组血液流变学参数展开比较,研究组较低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论临床对神经性耳鸣患者在研究治疗方法期间,将通窍聪耳方以及耳针治疗方法联合应用,可获得显著效果。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Tongqiao Conger fang+ear acupuncture on patients with neu-ral tinnitus.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with neuropathic tinnitus admitted to the Department of Otorhi-nolaryngology of Taian Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from February 2022 to April 2023 were retrospectively selected.All patients were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The reference group(50 cases)was treated with auricular acupuncture,and the study group(50 cases)was treated with Tongqiao Conger fang on the basis of the reference group.The results of tinnitus treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the reference group of 84.00%(42/50),and the effect of patients with neural tinnitus in the study group 98.00%(49/50)was higher,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.396,P<0.05).There was no statisti-cal significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the hemorheological parameters of the study group were lower compared with those of the reference group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with neuropathic tin-nitus,the combination of Tongqiao Conger fang and ear acupuncture treatment can obtain significant effect.
