盘龙针刺法治疗耳鸣100例的临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析盘龙针刺法对耳鸣患者进行颈夹脊穴针刺治疗的疗效。方法非随机选取2022年9月—2024年2月期间于吉林省吉林中西医结合医院针灸科就诊的100例耳鸣患者为研究对象。按照治疗方式不同分为两组,每组50例。常规组接受传统针灸疗法,研究组接受盘龙针刺法。比较两组疗效、耳鸣严重程度、颈痛严重程度。结果研究组治疗有效率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后耳鸣严重程度(8.31±1.02)分轻于常规组的(15.75±1.29)分,差异有统计学意义(t=31.990,P<0.05)。研究组颈痛程度低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于耳鸣患者,采用盘龙针刺法治疗颈夹脊穴能够获得优于传统针灸疗法的治疗效果,显著改善耳鸣症状,并减轻颈部疼痛,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To analyze the curative effect of Panlong acupuncture on cervical Jiaji acupuncture in patients with tinnitus.Methods 100 patients with tinnitus who were treated in the acupuncture department of Jilin Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine of Jilin Province from September 2022 to February 2024 were non-randomly selected as the subjects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The conventional group received traditional acupuncture therapy,and the study group re-ceived Panlong acupuncture.The curative effect,tinnitus severity and neck pain severity were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of tinnitus severity of the study group after treat-ment was 8.31±1.02,milder than that 15.75±1.29 of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(t=31.990,P<0.05).The degree of neck pain in the study group was lower than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with tinnitus,the treatment of cervi-cal Jiaji points with Panlong acupuncture method can obtain better therapeutic effect than traditional acupuncture and moxibustion therapy,significantly improve tinnitus symptoms and reduce neck pain,which has high clinical applica-tion value.
