阳经平刺、斜刺治疗中风痉挛性瘫痪的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析阳经平刺、斜刺治疗中风痉挛性瘫痪的疗效。方法非随机选取山东省泰山医院于2023年6月—2024年5月收治的100例中风痉挛性瘫痪患者为研究对象,根据治疗方式分为研究组(阳经平刺、斜刺治疗)和对照组(常规针刺治疗),各50例。对比两组治疗效果、肌张力改善情况以及神经缺损程度、生活能力以及中医证候积分。结果研究组治疗总有效率为96.00%(48/50)明显高于对照组的82.00%(41/50),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.005,P<0.05);两组治疗后的肌张力改善情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组神经缺损程度、中医证候积分均降低对照组,日常生活能力高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论阳经平刺、斜刺治疗中风痉挛性瘫痪具有较高的疗效,可改善肌张力和神经缺损程度,提高生活质量,促进患者康复。Objective To analyze the curative effect of Yang meridian flat acupuncture and oblique acupuncture in the treatment of stroke spastic paralysis.Methods A total of 100 patients with apoplexy spastic paralysis admitted to Taishan Hospital of Shandong Province from June 2023 to May 2024 were non-randomly selected as the research ob-jects.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into study group(Yang meridian flat acupuncture and oblique acupuncture treatment)and control group(conventional acupuncture treatment),with 50 cases in each group.The treatment effect,muscle tension improvement,nerve defect degree,living ability and Chinese medicine syndrome scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.00%(48/50),which was higher than 82.00%(41/50)in the control group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(χ^(2)=5.005,P<0.05).There was significant difference in the improvement of muscle tension between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).The degree of nerve defect and Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the daily living ability was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Yang meridian flat acupuncture and oblique acu-puncture have high curative effect in the treatment of apoplexy spastic paralysis,which can improve muscle tension and nerve defect,improve the quality of life and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
