摘　　要：皮肤疾患在临床治疗中更注重“内外兼治”,而火针作为中医传统特色疗法,在皮肤科治疗中应用广泛,具有简便验廉的优势,且不良反应少,安全性高。本文通过分析近5年以来,火针在痤疮、毛囊炎、带状疱疹、扁平疣、银屑病、白癜风、湿疹、神经性皮炎、结节性痒疹等皮肤病中的应用效果,进一步探索其在皮肤病治疗中的优势,以期更好地为临床服务。Skin diseases pay more attention to'internal and external treatment'in clinical treatment.As a traditional characteristic therapy of traditional Chinese medicine,fire needle is widely used in dermatology treatment.It has the advantages of simple and inexpensive,less adverse reactions and high safety.This paper analyzes the application ef-fect of fire needle in acne,folliculitis,herpes zoster,flat wart,psoriasis,vitiligo,eczema,neurodermatitis,nodular pru-rigo and other skin diseases in the past five years,and further explores its advantages in the treatment of skin dis-eases,in order to better serve the clinical.
