生肌玉红膏联合聚桂醇泡沫硬化剂对下肢静脉性溃疡病人溃疡面积、创周经皮氧分压及血清bFGF水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨生肌玉红膏与聚桂醇泡沫硬化剂联合治疗下肢静脉性溃疡的效果,及其对病人溃疡面积、创周经皮氧分压和血清碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)水平的影响。方法选用2020年2月至2022年2月于武汉市第一医院接受治疗的90例下肢静脉性溃疡病人,采用随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组,各45例。对照组在常规治疗的基础上给予聚桂醇泡沫硬化剂,观察组在对照组的基础上采用生肌玉红膏进行治疗。比较两组病人治疗后临床疗效、溃疡面积、创周经皮氧分压及血清bFGF水平。结果经过治疗后,与对照组总有效率(77.78%)相比,观察组总有效率(95.56%)明显提高(P<0.05),且与对照组比较,治疗后2周、4周观察组溃疡面积[(8.86±1.11)cm^(2)、(4.41±0.62)cm^(2)比(12.45±1.56)cm^(2)、(7.68±0.81)cm^(2)]明显减小(P<0.05),创周经皮氧分压[(25.71±4.14)mmHg、(30.33±5.23)mmHg比(22.35±4.11)mmHg、(26.45±5.27)mmHg]、血清bFGF水平[(178.32±19.24)μg/L、(204.17±22.65)μg/L比(141.53±15.66)μg/L、(183.65±20.56)μg/L]明显上升(P<0.05)。结论对下肢静脉性溃疡病人采用生肌玉红膏联合聚桂醇泡沫硬化剂治疗,临床效果显著,应用价值较高。Objective To investigate the impacts of Shengji Yuhong ointment combined with polycinnamol foam hardener in the treatment of lower limb venous ulcer,and its impacts on the ulcer area,transcutaneous oxygen partial pressure around the wound and serum basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)level.Methods Ninety patients with lower limb venous ulcers who received treatment in Wuhan No.1 Hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were randomly grouped into an observation group and a control group,with 45 patients in each group.The control group was treated with polycinnamol foam hardener on the basis of conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with Shengji Yuhong ointment on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,ulcer area,transcutaneous oxygen partial pressure around the wound,and serum bFGF level were compared between the two groups after treatment.Re⁃sults After treatment,compared with the total effective rate of the control group(77.78%),the total effective rate of the observation group(95.56%)was obviously higher(P<0.05),and compared with the control group,the ulcer area of the observation group 2 and 4 weeks after treatmentwas obviously less[(8.86±1.11)cm^(2),(4.41±0.62)cm^(2) vs.(12.45±1.56)cm^(2),(7.68±0.81)cm^(2)](P<0.05),transcutaneous oxygen partial pressure around the wound[(25.71±4.14)mmHg,(30.33±5.23)mmHg vs.(22.35±4.11)mmHg,(26.45±5.27)mmHg]and serum bFGF level[(178.32±19.24)μg/L,(204.17±22.65)μg/L vs.(141.53±15.66)μg/L,(183.65±20.56)μg/L]were obviously higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Shengji Yuhong ointment and polycinnamol foam hardener has obvious clinical effect and high application value for patients with venous ulcer of lower limbs.
