针灸与肢体康复训练联用对老年患者脑梗死后偏瘫的康复效果影响

摘　　要：目的分析老年患者脑梗死后偏瘫康复训练中配合针灸辅助治疗对提升整体康复效果的影响。方法非随机选取2022年7月—2023年6月南通大学附属常熟医院收治的50例老年脑梗死偏瘫患者为研究对象。按不同治疗方法分为两组,每组25例。对照组接受肢体康复训练,研究组在对照组基础上进行针灸治疗。比较两组康复效果和生活质量评分。结果研究组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分为(12.26±3.41)分,Fugl-Meyer运动功能评估量表评分为(67.12±7.35)分,均优于对照组的(17.15±4.13)分、(60.28±6.75)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.565、3.427,P均<0.05)。研究组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论加强脑梗后偏瘫患者康复训练的同时,辅助进行针灸治疗能进一步提升康复效果,提高患者生活质量。Objective To analyze the effect of combining acupuncture-assisted therapy with hemiplegia rehabilitation training in elderly patients after cerebral infarction on enhancing overall rehabilitation.Methods Fifty cases of elderly cerebral infarction hemiplegia patients admitted to Changshu Hospital affiliated to Nantong University from July 2022 to June 2023 were non-randomly selected as study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with twenty-five cases in each group.The control group received limb rehabilitation training,and the study group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The rehabilitation effects and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared.Results The National Institute of Health Stroke Scale score of the study group was 12.26±3.41 and the Fugl-Meyer Assessment score was 67.12±7.35,which were better than 17.15±4.13 and 60.28±6.75 in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.565,3.427,both P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the rehabilitation training of hemiplegic patients after cerebral infarction while assisting with acupuncture treatment can further enhance the rehabilitation effect and improve the quality of life of patients.
