分析来氟米特联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿性关节炎疾病的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨对类风湿性关节炎患者采用来氟米特药物+甲氨蝶呤药物完成治疗后获得的临床效果。方法非随机选取2020年1月—2023年5月就诊于滕州市中医医院的70例类风湿性关节炎患者为研究对象,根据治疗方案差异分组,各35例。参照组给予甲氨蝶呤药物治疗,研究组在参照组基础上给予来氟米特治疗。对比两组疗效、炎性因子水平、不良反应总发生率、生活质量评分。结果研究组总有效率为94.29%(33/35),高于参照组的74.29%(26/35),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.285,P<0.05)。与参照组相比,研究组炎性因子水平和不良反应发生率更低,生活质量更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论临床对类风湿性关节炎患者在治疗期间,将来氟米特药物+甲氨蝶呤药物联合治疗,不仅可提升用药效果及安全性,还可改善炎性因子水平以及生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of leflunomide plus methotrexate in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods A total of seventy patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to Tengzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to May 2023 were non-randomly selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with thirty-five cases in each group.The reference group was treated with methotrexate,and the study group was treated with leflunomide on the basis of the reference group.The therapeutic effect,inflammatory factor level,total incidence of adverse reactions and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 94.29%(33/35),which was higher than 74.29%(26/35)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.285,P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the study group had lower levels of inflammatory factors,lower incidence of adverse reactions,and higher quality of life,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis,the combination treatment of flunomide and methotrexate in the future can not only improve the drug effect and safety,but also improve inflammatory factors level and quality of life.
