地塞米松联合茶碱治疗中老年支气管哮喘患者的作用及对肺通气功能的影响

摘　　要：目的研究中老年支气管哮喘患者实施地塞米松联合茶碱治疗的效果。方法非随机选取2022年1月—2023年12月莒县结核病防治所收治的80例中老年支气管哮喘患者为研究对象,按治疗方法不同分为两组,每组40例。联合组实施地塞米松联合茶碱治疗,单一组实施茶碱治疗。比较两组治疗总有效率、肺通气功能及并发症发生率。结果联合组治疗总有效率为95.00%(38/40),高于单一组的72.50%(29/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.440,P<0.05)。治疗后联合组肺通气指标高于单一组,联合组并发症发生率低于单一组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论给予中老年支气管哮喘患者地塞米松联合茶碱治疗干预,其实施后的效果相对较好,患者的临床症状得以有效缓解。Objective To study the efficacy of dexamethasone combined with theophylline in the treatment of middle-aged and elderly patients with bronchial asthma.Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,eighty middle-aged and elderly patients with bronchial asthma who were admitted to Juxian Tuberculosis Prevention and Control Institute were non-randomly selected as research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,with forty patients each.The combination group were treated with dexamethasone combined with theophylline,while the single group were treated with theophylline.The total effective rate of treatment,pulmonary ventilation function and incidence of complications between the two groups of patients were compared.Results The total effective rate of the combination group was 95.00%(38/40)higher than 72.50%(29/40)of the single group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.440,P<0.05).After treatment,the lung ventilation function indicators of the combination group were higher than those in the single group,and the complication rate was lower than that in the single group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of dexamethasone combined with theophylline in the treatment of middle-aged and elderly patients with bronchial asthma has a relatively good effect after implementation,and the clinical symptoms of the patients can be significantly relieved after intervention.
