纳布啡联合右美托咪定在脊柱手术镇痛中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探究纳布啡联合右美托咪定在脊柱手术患者中的镇痛效果。方法非随机选取2022年1月—2023年12月苏州市第九人民医院收治的80例行脊柱手术的患者为研究对象,根据不同麻醉方式分为两组,每组40例。观察组使用纳布啡联合右美托咪定镇痛,对照组单用纳布啡镇痛,对比两组的Ramsay镇静评分、疼痛评分以及血压。结果观察组术后6、12、18 h的镇静评分分别为(2.69±0.52)分、(2.50±0.03)分、(2.42±0.63)分,高于对照组的(1.83±0.03)分、(1.79±0.44)分、(1.62±0.01)分,差异有统计学意义(t=10.442、10.182、8.030,P均<0.05)。观察组的疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组的血压水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在脊柱手术中,纳布啡联合右美托咪定的镇痛镇静效果较好,对患者血压的影响较小。Objective To investigate the analgesic effect of nalbuphine combined with dexmedetomidine in patients undergoing spinal surgery.Methods Eighty patients undergoing spinal surgery in The Ninth People's Hospital of Suzhou from January 2022 to December 2023 were non-randomly selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to different anesthesia methods,with forty cases in each group.The observation group received nalbuphine combined with dexmedetomidine for analgesia,while the control group received nalbuphine alone for analgesia.The Ramsay sedation score,pain score and blood pressure of the two groups were compared.Results The sedation scores of the observation group at 6,12 and 18 h after operation were 2.69±0.52,2.50±0.03 and 2.42±0.63,which were higher than 1.83±0.03,1.79±0.44 and 1.62±0.01 of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=10.442,10.182,8.030,all P<0.05).The pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The blood pressure level of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In spinal surgery,the analgesic and sedative effect of nalbuphine combined with dexmedetomidine is better,and the effect on blood pressure is less.
