双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗老年功能性消化不良的效果研究

摘　　要：目的分析老年功能性消化不良患者应用双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗的作用。方法非随机选取2023年1—12月曹县人民医院收治的92例老年功能性消化不良患者,按治疗方法分为参照组(常规治疗)和研究组(双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗),各46例,比较两组的治疗效果、肠道菌群、胃肠激素。结果研究组治疗总有效率为95.65%(44/46),高于参照组的76.09%(35/46),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.256,P<0.05)。治疗后研究组双歧杆菌、乳杆菌、胃泌素、胃动素、胃促生长素高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论老年功能性消化不良运用双歧杆菌四联活菌片进行治疗,具有较好的疗效,可改善胃肠道症状与肠道菌群。Objective To investigate the effect of bifidobacteria on the elderly with functional dyspepsia.Methods Ninety-two elderly patients with functional dyspepsia from Caoxian People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were non-randomly selected,and these patients were divided into the reference group(routine therapy)and the study group(bifidobacterium tetrad treatment)according to treatment methods with forty-six in each group.The treatment effect,intestinal flora,and gastrointestinal hormones were compared between the two groups.Results The total response rate of the study group was 95.65%(44/46)higher than 76.09%(35/46)of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.256,P<0.05).After treatment,bifidobacterium,lactobacillus,gastrin,motilin and ghrelin in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Bifidobacteria tetrad has good effect on old people with function indigestion,it can relieve digestive tract and gut bacteria.
