摘　　要：目的分析冰冻切片与石蜡切片在乳腺癌根治术患者病理诊断中的诊断价值。方法非随机选取2022年8月—2023年8月枣庄市台儿庄区人民医院收治的80例疑似恶性乳腺肿瘤患者为研究对象。所有患者进行手术切除治疗,术中行快速冰冻病理组织进行病理诊断,以石蜡切片病理结果作为金标准,分析冰冻切片对乳腺肿瘤的诊断效能、诊断肿瘤性质的符合率。结果冰冻切片诊断乳腺癌的准确度为98.75%(79/80),灵敏度为98.36%(60/61),特异度为100.00%(19/19),Kappa值为0.966。冰冻切片诊断乳腺浸润性导管癌的符合率为100.00%(32/32)、乳腺导管内癌的符合率为100.00%(4/4)、乳腺浸润性小叶癌的符合率为100.00%(22/22),诊断乳腺叶状肿瘤的符合率为66.67%(2/3)。结论冰冻切片在乳腺癌根治术中的诊断准确度较高,且对乳腺肿瘤的性质鉴别较准确。Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of frozen sections versus paraffin sections in the pathological diagnosis of patients undergoing radical mastectomy for breast cancer.Methods Eighty patients with suspected malignant breast tumors admitted to Taierzhuang District People's Hospital in Zaozhuang City from August 2022 to August 2023 were non-randomly selected as study subjects.All patients were treated with surgical resection,and intraoperative rapid frozen pathological tissues were performed for pathological diagnosis,and the pathological results of paraffin sections were used as the gold standard to analyze the diagnostic efficacy of frozen sections on breast tumors,and the conformity rate of diagnosing the nature of tumors.Results The accuracy of frozen section for diagnosing breast cancer was 98.75%(79/80),sensitivity was 98.36%(60/61),specificity was 100.00%(19/19),and Kappa value was 0.966.The compliance rate for diagnosing invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast in frozen section was 100.00%(32/32),the compliance rate for diagnosing intraductal carcinoma of the breast was 100.00%(4/4),diagnosis of invasive lobular carcinoma of the breast was 100.00%(22/22),and diagnosis of lobular tumor of the breast was 66.67%(2/3).Conclusion Frozen sections have higher diagnostic accuracy in radical mastectomy and are more accurate in identifying the nature of breast tumors.
