消肿止痛合剂对下颌角骨折患者术后应用效果的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨消肿止痛合剂对下颌角骨折内固定术后患者疼痛及张口度的影响。方法非随机选取2023年7—10月甘肃省中医院收治的36例下颌角骨折患者为研究对象。根据治疗方案不同分为消肿止痛合剂治疗组与双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊治疗组,每组18例。比较术后第1、3、5天两组患者张口度与视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)得分。结果术后第3、5天,消肿止痛合计治疗组开口度分别为(2.62±0.29)cm、(3.67±0.39)cm,优于双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊治疗组的(2.09±0.30)cm、(2.98±0.40)cm,差异有统计学意义(t=5.433、5.254,P均<0.05)。消肿止痛合剂治疗组术后第3天VAS评分低于双氯芬酸钠组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消肿止痛合剂应用于下颌角骨折内固定术后患者,具有缓解术后疼痛,改善患者张口度的作用。Objective To investigate the effect of detumorizing and relieving pain mixture on pain and mouth opening in patients with mandibular Angle fractures after internal fixation Methods A total of thirty-six patients with mandibular Angle fractures admitted to Gansu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July to October 2023 were non-randomly selected as the research objects.According to the different treatment plan,the patients were divided into the treatment group of Xiaozhong Zhitong mixture and the treatment group of diclofenac sodium sustained-release capsule,with eighteen cases in each group.The changes of mouth opening degress and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score were compared between the two groups on the 1st,3rd and 5th day after surgery.Results On the 3rd and 5th day after surgery,the opening degree of the Xiaozhong Zhitong mixture treatment group was(2.62±0.29)cm and(3.67±0.39)cm,which were better than(2.09±0.30)cm and(2.98±0.40)cm of the diclofenac sodium sustained release capsule treatment group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.433,5.254,both P<0.05).The VAS score of Xiaozhong Zhitong mixture treatment on the third day after surgery was lower than that of diclofenac sodium sustained-release treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaozhong Zhitong mixture is used in patients with mandibular Angle fracture after internal fixation,which has the effect of relieving postoperative pain and improving patients'mouth opening.
