自拟利咽汤颗粒联合穴位外敷治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床观察研究

摘　　要：目的探究临床小儿疱疹性咽峡炎(herpetic pharyngitis,HA)治疗中采用穴位外敷联合自拟利咽汤颗粒的疗效。方法非随机选取2022年2月—2024年2月柳州市妇幼保健院收治的120例HA患儿为研究对象,按治疗方式不同分为两组,每组60例。西药组给予利巴韦林颗粒联合维生素C片,中药组给予穴位外敷联合自拟利咽汤颗粒。比较两组的免疫球蛋白水平、炎症水平、不良反应及疗效、恢复情况。结果中药组的免疫球蛋白水平、炎症水平均优于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。中药组的不良反应发生率为3.33%(2/60),低于西药组的18.33%(11/60),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.988,P<0.05)。中药组的总有效率高于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中药组患儿疱疹消退、恢复进食、退热用时均短于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论临床小儿HA治疗中穴位外敷联合自拟利咽汤颗粒的疗效确切,既能减轻机体炎症,又能改善免疫功能,减少不良反应,快速消除各症状,利于患儿病情恢复。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of acupoint external application combined with self-prepared Liyan Tang granules in the treatment of herpetic pharyngitis(HA)in children.Methods A total of 120 children with HA admitted to Liuzhou Maternity and Child Healthcare Hospital from February 2022 to February 2024 were non-randomly selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 60 cases in each group.The western medicine group was given ribavirin granules combined with vitamin C tablets,and the Chinese medicine group was given acupoint external application combined with self-designed Liyan Tang gran⁃ules.The immunoglobulin levels,inflammation levels,adverse reactions,efficacy and recovery situation of the two groups were compared.Results The levels of immunoglobulin and inflammation in the Chinese medicine group were better than those in the western medicine group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The in⁃cidence of adverse reactions in the Chinese medicine group was 3.33%(2/60),lower than 18.33%(11/60)in the west⁃ern medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.988,P<0.05).The total effective rate of Chinese medicine group was higher than that of western medicine group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The time of herpes regression, recovery of food intake and fever reduction in the Chinese medicine group was shorter than that in the western medicine group, and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). Conclu⁃ sion The clinical effect of acupoint application combined with self-designed Liyan Tang granules in the treatment of children with HA is accurate, which can not only reduce inflammation, but also improve immune function, reduce ad⁃ verse reactions, and quickly eliminate symptoms, which is conducive to the recovery of children′s disease.
