摘　　要：目的探讨血小板与淋巴细胞比值(platelet-lymphocyte ratio,PLR)和血清视黄醇结合蛋白(regional busi⁃ness partnership,RBP)的联合检测在2型糖尿病肾病(diabetic kidney disease,DKD)中的应用价值。方法非随机选取江苏大学附属武进医院于2021年1月—2022年9月收治的124例2型糖尿病患者为研究组,并将其进一步分为单纯糖尿病组和DKD组,另外选择同期本院健康体检者76名为对照组。对3组RBP和PLR的结果进行差异性分析,并采用ROC曲线评价其诊断DKD的价值。结果与对照组相比,研究组的PLR、RBP水平明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);与单纯糖尿病组比较,DKD组PLR、RBP水平明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);PLR预测DKD的AUC为0.692,RBP的AUC为0.854,RBP和PLR联合检测的AUC为0.883,联合检测优于单独检测。结论PLR联合RBP在预测DKD效能优于单独指标,对患者后期疾病的预后转归有重要价值。Objective To explore the application value of combined detection of platelet-lymphocyte ratio(PLR)and serum retinol binding protein(RBP)in type 2 diabetic kidney disease(DKD).Methods A total of 124 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to Jiangsu University Affiliated Wujin Hospital from January 2021 to September 2022 were non-randomly selected as the study group,and further divided into simple diabetes group and DKD group,and 76 healthy physical examination subjects in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The results of RBP and PLR in 3 groups were analyzed,and ROC curve was used to evaluate the diagnostic value of DKD.Results Compared with the control group,PLR and RBP levels in the study group were significantly increased,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The levels of PLR and RBP in DKD group were higher than simple diabetes group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).PLR predicted that the AUC of DKD was 0.692,the AUC of RBP was 0.854,and the AUC of the combined detection of RBP and PLR was 0.883,and the combined detection was better than the single indicator.Conclusion PLR combined with RBP is better than the single index in predicting DKD,and has important value in the prognosis of patients with later disease.
