盐酸氨溴索鼓室内注射联合布地奈德雾化治疗对分泌性中耳炎患者耳积液的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探索盐酸氨溴索、布地奈德对分泌性中耳炎患者的作用。方法非随机选取2022年5月—2023年5月广东省河源市妇幼保健院收治的70例分泌性中耳炎患者为研究对象,按治疗方式不同分为两组,各35例。对照组使用盐酸氨溴索鼓室内注射,观察组则加用布地奈德雾化。比较两组的治疗效果、耳积液及气导阙值情况。结果观察组的总有效率为97.14%(34/35),高于对照组的77.14%(27/35),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.590,P<0.05)。观察组的耳积液和气导阙值情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论盐酸氨溴索与布地奈德联合治疗能改善分泌性中耳炎患者的症状,缓解耳积液情况,有助于患者听力恢复。Objective To explore the effect of ambroxol hydrochloride and budesonide on patients with secretory otitis media.Methods A total of seventy patients with secretory otitis media admitted to the Heyuan Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Guangdong Province from May 2022 to May 2023 were non-randomly selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with thirty-five cases in each group.The control group was injected with ambroxol hydrochloride in tympanical chamber,and the observation group was atomized with budesonide.The therapeutic effect,ear effusion and air conduction threshold were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.14%(34/35),which was higher than 77.14%(27/35)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.509,P<0.05).The effusion and air conduction thresholds of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of ambroxol hydrochloride and budesonide can improve the symptoms of patients with secretory otitis media,relieve the condition of ear effusion,and help patients to recover hearing.
