酶联免疫吸附法与胶体金法在乙型肝炎病毒血清检验中的诊断价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析乙型肝炎(乙肝)病毒临床血清检验中使用酶联免疫吸附与胶体金法的诊断价值。方法非随机选取2023年1—12月在阿克苏地区第二人民医院检验科做乙肝病毒血清检验的150例疑似乙型肝炎患者为研究对象,均使用酶联吸附法和胶体金法进行检测。以临床确诊结果为金标准,分析不同检验方法的诊断价值。结果临床确诊阳性患者70例。酶联免疫吸附法诊断灵敏度、特异度与准确度分别为97.14%(68/70)、93.75%(75/80)、95.33%(143/150),高于胶体金法的84.29%(59/70)、75.00%(60/80)、79.33%(119/150),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.022、4.783、5.781,P均<0.05)。结论在乙肝病毒的血清检验中,酶联免疫吸附法诊断效能高于胶体金法。Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of using enzyme-linked immunosorbent and colloidal gold methods in clinical serologic testing for hepatitis B virus.Methods A total of 150 suspected hepatitis B patients who underwent hepatitis B virus serologic testing in the Laboratory Department of the Second People′s Hospital of Aksu Region from January to December 2023 were selected non-randomly as the study subjects.All were tested using enzyme-linked adsorption method and colloidal gold method.The diagnostic value of different testing methods was analyzed using the clinical confirmation results as the gold standard.Results Seventy patients were clinically con⁃firmed positive.The diagnostic sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay were 97.14%(68/70),93.75%(75/80)and 95.33%(143/150),respectively,which were higher than 84.29%(59/70),75.00%(60/80),and 79.33%(119/150)of the colloidal gold assay,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.022,4.783,5.781,all P<0.05).Conclusion Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay has higher diagnostic efficacy than colloidal gold assay in the serologic testing of hepatitis B virus.
