哌罗匹隆在精神分裂症患者治疗中的应用效果及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的探究哌罗匹隆在精神分裂治疗中应用的效果及安全性。方法非随机选取2022年6月—2023年6月南京市江宁区第二医院收治的111例精神分裂患者为研究对象,并根据治疗方法不同分为对照组(55例,口服利培酮口崩片)和观察组(56例,口服哌罗匹隆)。比较两组临床疗效、治疗后不同阶段阳性与阴性症状量表(Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale,PANSS)评分、不良反应发生率及认知功能评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率为98.21%(55/56),高于对照组的85.45%(47/55),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.472,P<0.05)。观察组治疗后1、2、4、8周PANSS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组认知功能评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后观察组认知功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在精神分裂症患者治疗中,哌罗匹隆的应用效果较好,可降低不良反应发生风险,安全性高。Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of pyrocilone in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods A total of 111 schizophrenic patients admitted to the Nanjing Jiangning District Second People′s Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were non-randomly selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into the control group(55 cases,oral risperidone pill)and the observation group(56 cases,oral piropirone).The clinical efficacy,Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS)scores,incidence of adverse reac⁃tions and cognitive function scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The to⁃tal effective rate of the observation group was 98.21%(55/56),which was higher than 85.45%(47/55)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.472,P<0.05).PANSS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 1 week,2 weeks,4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in cogni⁃tive function scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the cognitive function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of schizophrenia,the application of piropilone is good,can reduce the risk of ad⁃verse reactions,high safety.
