膝关节镜清理术辅助关节腔内注射PRP治疗骨关节炎的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究膝关节镜清理术联合关节腔内注射富血小板血浆(patelet-rich plasma,PRP)治疗骨关节炎的临床效果。方法非随机选取2021年9月—2023年9月在临沂市兰山区人民医院就诊的80例骨关节炎患者作为研究对象,依据治疗方法不同分组,每组40例,对照组行膝关节镜清理术,观察组联合关节腔内注射PRP,比较两组治疗有效率、疼痛视觉模拟评分(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分、膝关节Lysholm评分、并发症发生率。结果观察组的总有效率为95.00%(38/40),优于对照组的75.00%(30/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.274,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组VAS评分较对照组低,Lysholm评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨关节患者的治疗中,应用膝关节镜清理术联合关节腔内注射富血小板血浆效果明显,能减轻患者的疼痛,对膝关节疼痛有良好的改善作用,降低术后并发症的发生概率。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of knee arthroscopic debridement combined with intra-articular injection of platelet rich plasma(PRP)in the treatment of osteoarthritis.Methods From September 2021 to September 2023,eighty patients who received treatment for osteoarthritis in the Lanshan District People′s Hospital of Linyi City were non-randomly selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the treatment methods,with forty patients in each group.The two groups received different treatment methods.The control group un⁃derwent knee arthroscopic debridement surgery,and PRP was injected into the joint cavity in the observation group.The treatment effectiveness,Visual analog scale(VAS)pain score,and Lysholm knee joint score,incidence of compli⁃cations were compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.00%(38/40),better than 75.00%(30/40)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.274,P<0.05).After treat⁃ment,the VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the Lysholm score in the obser⁃vation group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of complications was low in the observation group than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with bone and joint diseases,the use of a combination therapy regimen of knee arthroscopic debridement combined with intra-articular injection of platelet rich plasma has a significant effect,can reduce patient pain,have a good improvement effect on knee joint pain,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
