物理治疗配合康复训练治疗在膝关节术后患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨膝关节术后患者应用物理治疗配合康复训练治疗的临床效果。方法非随机选取2021年3月—2024年3月武警黑龙江省总队医院收治的100例膝关节术后患者为研究对象,按治疗方式差异分为两组,每组50例。对照组实施康复训练治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上配合物理治疗,比对两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的总有效率为98.00%(49/50),高于对照组的82.00%(41/50),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.111,P<0.05)。观察组的膝关节功能和生活质量均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论物理治疗配合康复训练治疗可以提升膝关节术后患者的临床疗效,对提高膝关节功能、生活质量具有重要作用,还可降低并发症发生率。Objective To explore the clinical effect of physical therapy combined with rehabilitation training for pa⁃tients after knee surgery.Methods 100 patients with knee surgery admitted to Heilongjiang Provincial Armed Police Corps Hospital from March 2021 to March 2024 were non-randomly selected as the study objects and divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group according to the difference in treatment methods.The control group received reha⁃bilitation training treatment,and the observation group was combined with physical therapy on the basis of the control group,and the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.00%(49/50),which was higher than 82.00%(41/50)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.111,P<0.05).The knee joint function and quality of life in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of complica⁃tions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Physical therapy combined with rehabilitation training can improve the clinical efficacy of patients after knee surgery,play an important role in improving knee function and quality of life,and reduce the incidence of complications.
