支架植入术结合美托洛尔片对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病合并心肌桥的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)合并心肌桥诊疗过程中采取支架植入术、美托洛尔片联合方案,分析此联合方案的临床疗效以及对心功能水平、并发症的影响。方法非随机选取盘州市人民医院于2019年1月—2022年12月收治的100例冠心病合并心肌桥患者为研究对象,根据治疗方案不同,分为对照组(支架植入术+常规西药)、观察组(支架植入术+美托洛尔片),各50例。对比两组治疗的总有效率、心功能水平、术后并发症。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为96.00%(48/50),高于对照组的82.00%(41/50),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.002,P<0.05)。观察组心功能水平指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组术后并发症总发生率低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论支架植入术+美托洛尔片可改善冠心病合并心肌桥患者心功能水平,降低并发症发生率,提升临床疗效。Objective In the diagnosis and treatment of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(referred to as coronary heart disease)combined with myocardial bridge,stent implantation and metoprolol tablets were combined to analyze the clinical efficacy of this combined regimen and its impact on cardiac function and complications.Methods A total of 100 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with myocardial bridge admitted to Panzhou People′s Hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were non-randomly selected as the research objects.According to different treatment schemes,they were divided into control group(stent implantation+conventional western medicine)and ob⁃servation group(stent implantation+metoprolol tablets),with 50 cases in each group.The total effective rate,cardiac function level and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.00%(48/50),which was higher than 82.00%(41/50)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.002,P<0.05).The cardiac function indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The to⁃tal incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Stent implantation+metoprolol tablets can improve car⁃diac function in patients with coronary heart disease and myocardial bridge,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve clinical efficacy.
