摘 要:目的研究盐酸戊乙奎醚对体外循环心脏手术缺血再灌注心肌的保护作用。方法非随机选取绵阳市中心医院于2021年1月—2023年12月收治的59例体外循环心脏手术缺血再灌注患者为研究对象,按照干预措施的不同分成观察组和对照组,其中观察组29例,对照组30例。观察组采取盐酸戊乙奎醚干预,对照组采取常规干预,对比两组患者的心肌损伤标记物、炎症因子水平、不良事件发生情况。结果两组患者的心肌损伤标记物均较治疗前提升,但观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后两组炎症因子均有所提升,但观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组不良事件发生率为6.90%(2/29),低于对照组的26.67%(8/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=13.994,P<0.001)。结论在体外循环心脏手术缺血再灌注患者的治疗中,盐酸戊乙奎醚能够有效降低心肌受损和炎性反应程度,并且不良事件较少。Objective To investigate the cardiac protection effect of penehyclidine hydrochloride against myocardial ischemiareperfusion in CPB operations.Methods A total of fifty-nine patients with ischemia-reperfusion in cardiopul⁃monary bypass heart surgery admitted to Mianyang Central Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were non-randomly selected as the research objects.According to different intervention measures,they were divided into obser⁃vation group and control group,including twenty-nine cases in the observation group and thirty cases in the control group.The observation group was treated with penehyclidine hydrochloride,and the control group was treated with rou⁃tine intervention.The levels of myocardial injury markers,inflammatory factors and adverse events were compared be⁃tween the two groups.Results After treatment,the myocardial injury markers of the two groups were improved com⁃pared with those before treatment,but the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the differ⁃ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the inflammatory factors of the two groups were im⁃proved,the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 6.90%(2/29),which was lower than 26.67%(8/30)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=13.994,P<0.001).Conclusion Penehyclidine hydrochloride can effectively reduce the degree of myocardial damage and inflammatory response in the treatment of ischemia-reperfusion patients during cardiopulmonary bypass surgery,and the adverse events are less.
