阿托伐他汀与依折麦布联合用药在冠心病治疗中的效果及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的研究阿托伐他汀和依折麦布在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)治疗中的协同作用及安全性。方法回顾性选取呼伦贝尔市人民医院于2022年1月—2024年4月接受治疗的60例冠心病患者的病历资料。根据治疗方式的不同分为单一组和联合组,各30例,单一组采用阿托伐他汀治疗,联合组加用依折麦布联合治疗。对比两组血管内皮功能、血脂水平、治疗有效率、不良反应。结果联合组血管内皮功能、血脂水平均优于单一组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。联合组治疗总有效率为96.67%(29/30),高于单一组的73.33%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05)。联合组不良反应发生率略高于单一组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀与依折麦布的联合使用在冠心病治疗中展现了良好的治疗效果,可以有效地提升患者的血管内皮功能并明显降低血脂水平,同时不会增加不良反应的发生率,因此这种联合治疗方案是安全且有效的。Objective To study the synergistic effect and safety of atorvastatin and ezetimibe in the treatment of coro⁃nary heart disease(CHD).Methods The medical records of sixty patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease who were treated in Hulunbuir People′s Hospital from January 2022 to April 2024 were retrospectively selected.Ac⁃cording to the different treatment methods,they were divided into the single group and the combined group,thirty cases in each group.The single group was treated with atorvastatin,and the combined group was treated with ezeti⁃mibe.The vascular endothelial function,blood lipid level,treatment efficiency and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The vascular endothelial function and blood lipid level of the combined group were better than those of the single group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than 73.33%(22/30)in the single group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was slightly higher than that in the single group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of atorvastatin and ezetimibe shows a good therapeutic effect in the treatment of coronary heart disease.It can effectively improve the vascular endothelial function of patients and significantly reduce the blood lipid level,without significantly increasing the incidence of adverse reactions.Therefore,this combination therapy is safe and effective.
