艾普拉唑与雷贝拉唑治疗十二指肠球溃疡的有效性及安全性探讨

摘　　要：目的分析艾普拉唑与雷贝拉唑改善十二指肠球溃疡患者临床症状以及降低不良反应发生率的作用。方法非随机选取2022年1—12月滨州市滨城区人民医院收治的90例十二指肠球溃疡患者为研究对象,按治疗方式不同分为两组,各45例。对照组行雷贝拉唑治疗,观察组行艾普拉唑治疗,对比两组的炎症指标、症状消失用时、治疗效果以及不良反应。结果观察组的C反应蛋白低于对照组,症状消失用时短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组的总有效率为95.56%(43/45),高于对照组的80.00%(36/45),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.075,P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论十二指肠球溃疡患者接受艾普拉唑治疗的效果优于雷贝拉唑治疗的效果,患者的炎症水平降低,临床症状在较短时间内得以消失,且不良反应较少。Objective To analyze the effects of iprrazole and rabeprazole on improving clinical symptoms and reduc⁃ing the incidence of adverse reactions in patients with duodenal bulb ulcer.Methods Ninety patients with duodenal bulb ulcer treated in Bincheng District People′s Hospital of Binzhou City from January to December 2022 were non-randomly selected as the study objects and divided into two groups with forty-five cases in each group according to dif⁃ferent treatment methods.The control group was treated with rabeprazole,and the observation group was treated with iprrazole.The inflammatory indicators,the time for symptom remission,the therapeutic effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The C-reactive protein in the observation group was lower than that in the con⁃trol group,and the time of symptom disappearance were shorter than thse in the control group,the differences were sta⁃tistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.56%(43/45),higher than 80.00%(36/45)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.075,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically signifi⁃cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of iprrazole in patients with duodenal bulb ulcer is better than that of rabeprazole.The level of inflammation in patients is reduced,the clinical symptoms disappear in a short time,and the adverse reactions are less.
