乳腺良性肿块应用麦默通微创旋切术治疗的临床效果及并发症影响

摘　　要：目的麦默通微创旋切术应用于乳腺良性肿块的手术效果与安全性分析。方法非随机选取山东省新泰市第二人民医院于2020年9月—2023年8月收治的100例乳腺良性肿块患者为研究对象。依据手术方法不同分为两组,各50例。观察组实施麦默通微创旋切术,对照组实施常规开放性切除手术。对比两组手术相关指标、手术应激指标及术后乳房美观优良率。结果与对照组比较,观察组手术时长、术中失血量、切口愈合时间、切口瘢痕长度、术后24 h疼痛评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。术后观察组的应激指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组的术后乳房美观优良率为98.00%(49/50),高于对照组的84.00%(42/50),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.396,P<0.05)。结论麦默通微创旋切术应用于乳腺良性肿块治疗中可降低患者手术应激,有助于患者快速恢复。Objective To analyze the surgical effect and safety of Mammotome minimally invasive surgery applied to benign breast masses.Methods A total of 100 patients with benign breast masses admitted to Shandong Xintai Second People′s Hospital from September 2020 to August 2023 were non-randomly selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group according to different surgical methods.The observation group underwent Mammotome minimally invasive surgery,and the control group was treated with conventional open re⁃section.The indexes related to surgery,the indexes of surgical stress and the rate of breast beauty were compared be⁃tween the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the operation duration,intraoperative blood loss,inci⁃sion healing time,incision scar length and 24 h postoperative pain score in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The stress indexes of the observa⁃tion group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The rate of breast beauty in the observation group was 98.00%(49/50),higher than 84.00%(42/50)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.396,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of minimally invasive gyrotomy of merton in the treatment of benign breast masses can reduce the stress of surgery and help patients recover quickly.
