摘 要:目的探讨右美托咪定和咪达唑仑对患儿术后躁动率以及不良反应发生率的影响。方法非随机选取2022年10月—2023年10月华亭市第二人民医院收治的60例行体外碎石术的患儿为研究对象,按麻醉方式差异分为两组,每组30例。对照组使用咪达唑仑麻醉,观察组使用右美托咪定麻醉,对比两组的苏醒时间、入睡时间、术后躁动率、不良反应发生率。结果观察组的入睡时间为(19.58±2.30)min,短于对照组的(23.58±3.88)min,差异有统计学意义(t=4.857,P<0.05)。两组的苏醒时间对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的术后躁动率、不良反应发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论对患儿进行麻醉时,与咪达唑仑相比,右美托咪定具有更理想的麻醉效果,可降低术后躁动率和不良反应发生率,安全性高。Objective To investigate the effects of dexmedetomidine and midazolam on postoperative agitation rate and incidence of adverse reactions.Methods Sixty children undergoing extracorporeal lithotripsy treated in the Huat⁃ing Second People′s Hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were non-randomly selected as the study objects,and were divided into two groups according to the different anesthesia methods,with thirty cases in each group.The control group was anesthetised with midazolam,while the observation group was anesthetised with dexmedetomidine.The recovery time,sleep time,postoperative agitation rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The sleeping time of the observation group was(19.58±2.30)min,which was shorter than(23.58±3.88)min of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.857,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the recovery time between the two groups(P>0.05).The postoperative agitation rate and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with midazolam,dexmedetomidine has a better an⁃esthetic effect in the anesthesia of children,which can reduce postoperative agitation rate and incidence of adverse re⁃actions,with high safety.
