红蓝光配合阿达帕林凝胶治疗对寻常痤疮患者皮损程度、皮肤生理指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨红蓝光+阿达帕林凝胶在寻常痤疮(acne vulgaris,AV)患者中的应用效果。方法非随机选取2021年6月—2023年5月淄博市中医医院收治的96例AV患者为研究对象,按治疗方法不同分为两组。对照组(48例)予以阿达帕林凝胶治疗,观察组(48例)联合红蓝光治疗,均治疗8周。对比两组皮损程度、皮肤生理指标、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果相较于对照组,观察组痤疮综合分级系统量表评分较优,皮肤生理指标水平均较高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组总有效率为95.83%(46/48),高于对照组的83.33%(40/48),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.019,P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论红蓝光+阿达帕林凝胶可减轻AV患者皮损程度,疗效显著,利于改善皮肤生理指标,且具有较好的应用安全性。Objective To explore the application effect of red blue light+adapalene gel in patients with acne vulgaris(AV).Methods Ninety-six AV patients admitted to Zibo Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2021 to May 2023 were non-randomly selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods.The control group(forty-eight cases)was treated with adapalene gel,and the observation group(forty-eight cases)was treated with red and blue light for 8 weeks.Compare the severity of skin lesions,skin physiologi⁃cal indicators,clinical efficacy,and incidence of adverse reactions between two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower Global Acne Grading System scores and better levels of skin physiologi⁃cal indicators,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rates of the observation group was 95.83%(46/48),which was higher than 83.33%(40/48)of the control group,and the difference was statisti⁃cally significant(χ^(2)=4.019,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reac⁃tions in the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Red blue light+adapalene gel can reduce the degree of skin lesions in AV patients,with significant efficacy,which is conducive to improving skin physiological indicators,and has good ap⁃plication safety.
