姑息性放射治疗、XELOX化疗方案联合信迪利单抗治疗对晚期胃癌患者预后的影响

摘　　要：目的探究晚期胃癌患者应用姑息性放射治疗、XELOX化疗方案联合信迪利单抗治疗对其预后的影响。方法非随机选取2019年7月—2023年12月南京鼓楼医院集团仪征医院收治的100例晚期胃癌患者为研究对象。根据治疗方法不同分为观察组、参照组,各50例。参照组行姑息性放疗联合XELOX化疗方案治疗,观察组加用信迪利单抗治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、肿瘤标志物水平及生活质量。结果观察组治疗效果78.00%(39/50)高于参照组54.00%(27/50),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.417,P<0.05)。观察组肿瘤标志物水平低于参照组,生活质量水平高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论姑息放射治疗、XELOX化疗方案联合信迪利单抗治疗能够改善晚期胃癌患者的治疗效果,降低肿瘤标志物水平,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the prognosis effect of palliative radiotherapy and XELOX chemotherapy regimen combined with Sintilimab treatment in patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods A total of 100 patients with ad⁃vanced gastric cancer admitted to Yizheng Hospital of Nanjing Gulou Hospital Group from July 2019 to December 2023 were non-randomly selected as the research objects.They were divided into experimental group and reference group according to the different treatment methods,with 50 cases each.The reference group received palliative radio⁃therapy combined with XELOX chemotherapy regimen,and the observation group was treated with Sintilimab in addi⁃tion.The treatment effect,level of tumor markers and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment effect 78.00%(39/50)in the observation group was higher than 54.00%(27/50)in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.417,P<0.05).The tumor marker level of the observation group were lower than the reference group,and the quality of life level were higher than that in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Palliative radiotherapy and XELOX chemotherapy regimen combined with Sintilimab treatment can improve the treatment effect of patients with advanced gastric cancer,reduce the level of tumor markers,and improve the quality of life.
