天轨步行训练结合头针对中风后偏瘫下肢运动功能的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探究中风后偏瘫患者接受天轨步行训练结合头针干预的效果。方法非随机选取2022年9月—2023年9月泗阳康达医院收治的112例中风后偏瘫患者为研究对象。根据康复治疗方案不同分为对照组和观察组,各56例。对照组采用常规康复干预,观察组采用天轨步行训练结合头针干预。对比两组干预前后下肢运动功能、步态及生活质量。结果干预后观察组下肢运动功能为(21.03±1.87)分,高于对照组的(19.94±2.16)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.855,P<0.05)。干预后观察组步频、步长、步速、生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论常规康复训练改善患者下肢功能作用局限,天轨步行训练结合头针干预可明显改善中风后偏瘫患者下肢运动功能、步态及生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of skytrack walking training combined with head acupuncture in patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods A total of 112 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia admitted to Siyang Kangda Hospital from September 2022 to September 2023 were non-randomly selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to different rehabilitation treatment methods,56 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation intervention,and the observation group was treated with skytrack walking training combined with head acupuncture intervention.Lower limb motor function,gait and quality of life before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the lower extremity motor function score in the observation group was 21.03±1.87,higher than 19.94±2.16 in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.855,P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of step fre⁃quency,step length,step speed and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of routine rehabilitation training on lower limb function is limited,and the combination of sky track walking training and head acupuncture intervention can significantly improve the lower limb motor function,gait and quality of life of patients with hemiplegia after stroke.
