摘　　要：黄龙汤具有通腑泄热、益气养血的功效。张传儒教授在应用该方时,从整体观念、辨证着眼,纵观所治病证,虽有急慢不同,但在某一阶段都可见邪实壅滞、腑气不通,并兼有气血不足,由此皆可适时应用黄龙汤进行治疗,正所谓“异病同治”。张传儒教授师于古而不泥于古,遵原方方义,灵活掌控,酌定药剂,变化用法,将祛邪力强之品大黄与缓药性毒烈的诸药揉合,使得黄龙汤适用范围变广,取得佳效。张传儒教授精准辨证,知常达变,灵活配伍,值得借鉴学习。Huanglong decoction has the effect of purging heat from the intestines,promoting the flow of Qi,nourish⁃ing blood,and invigorating Qi.When applying this formula,Professor Zhang Chuanru focuses on overall syndrome dif⁃ferentiation.Although the diseases he treats are different in urgency and chronicity,at a certain stage,they can all be seen as a blockage of evil Qi,blockage of the intestines,and deficiency of Qi and blood.Therefore,Huanglong decoc⁃tion can be applied at an appropriate time for treatment.Professor Zhang learned from the ancients but was not bound by them.He followed the original formula′s meaning,flexibly controlled the dosage,varied the usage,and combined the strong purgative power of rhubarb with the slow toxicity of other herbs,which broadened the application of Huan⁃glong decoction and achieved good results.Professor Zhang′s precise syndrome differentiation,flexibility in prescrip⁃tions,and ability to adapt to changes make him worth learning from.
