摘　　要：胰十二指肠切除术(pancreaticoduodenectomy,PD)是治疗胰腺肿瘤的标准术式,其中胰肠吻合术是手术成功与否的关键步骤。通过大量的临床实践,外科医师提出多种不同的胰肠吻合术式,包括早期的经典套入式胰肠吻合、胰管对粘膜吻合、捆绑式胰肠吻合、完全套入式胰肠吻合、一针胰肠吻合、kiss胰肠吻合以及近年来提出的Blumgart吻合术等。各类型的胰肠吻合术在治疗中均有其各自的优势和手术适应证,可根据患者的病变特点个体化地选择吻合方式,以达到降低患者胰瘘等相关并发症的发生、缩短总体住院时间、提高生活质量的目的。Pancreaticoduodenectomy(PD)is the standard surgical procedure for the treatment of pancreatic tumors,and pancreaticojejunostomy is a key step in the success of the operation.Through a large number of clinical practice,surgeons have proposed a variety of different pancreaticojejunostomy,including early classic invaginated pancreatico⁃jejunostomy,pancreatic duct-to-mucosa anastomosis,binding pancreaticojejunostomy,complete invaginated pancre⁃aticojejunostomy,one-needle pancreaticojejunostomy,kiss pancreaticojejunostomy and Blumgart pancreaticojejunos⁃tomy proposed in recent years.Each type of pancreaticojejunostomy has its own advantages and surgical indications in the treatment.According to the characteristics of the patient′s lesions,the anastomosis method can be selected indi⁃vidually to reduce the occurrence of pancreatic fistula and other related complications,shorten the overall hospitaliza⁃tion time,and improve the quality of life.
