摘 要:目的:探讨优化体位超高分辨率CT靶扫描诊断肺磨玻璃结节的应用价值。方法:回顾性收集2022年3月至2024年5月70例在我院诊治的肺磨玻璃结节患者的临床资料,患者均于入院后先后接受普通CT扫描检查和优化体位超高分辨率CT靶扫描检查,以普通CT扫描检查结果为对照组,以优化体位超高分辨率CT靶扫描检查结果为观察组。比较两组CT征象检出情况、检查图像质量、辐射剂量。结果:观察组空泡征、支气管征、胸膜凹陷征及实性成分检出率较对照组均更高(P<0.05);观察组图像优良率达94.29%,较对照组的78.57%高(P<0.05);观察组与对照组辐射剂量、最大有效辐射剂量、管电流时间乘积及容积CT剂量指数水平差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:优化体位超高分辨率CT靶扫描可提高肺磨玻璃结节征象的显示效果,为临床提高更高质量的检查图像。Objective:To investigate the application value of ultra-high-resolution CT target scan in optimized position in the diagnosis of pulmonary ground-glass nodules.Methods:The clinical data of 70 patients with pulmonary ground-glass nodules who were t-reated in the hospital from March 2022 to May 2024 were collected retrospectively.All patients underwent conventional CT scan and ultra-high-resolution CT target scan in optimized position.The results of conventional CT scan were taken as the control group,and the results of ultra-high-resolution CT target scan in optimized position were taken as the observation group.The detection of CT signs,image quality,and radiation dose were compared between the two groups.Results:The detection rates of vocule sign,bronchus sign,pleural indentation sign,and solid components in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of images reached 94.29%in the observation group,higher than 78.57%in the control group(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in dose-length product(DLP),maximum registered radiation dose(MRAD),Tube current time product,and volume computed tomography dose index(CTDlvol)between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ultra-high-resolution CT target scan in optimized position can improve the display of pulmonary ground-glass nodules and provide higher quality images for clinical use.
